基于VAR模型的湖南“五化协同”发展现状、问题与发展模式选择研究

Study on the Selection of the Status, Problems and Development Mode of "Five Coordination" in Hunan Based on VAR Model

国务院《关于加快推进生态文明建设的意见》在"四化同步"的基础上,首次加入"绿色化",要求"五化协同"发展。面对国家治理现代化战略的历史性转型,湖南要做好从"四化"到"五化"的顶层设计和战略规划,需要建立"五化"协同发展VAR模型分析湖南省"五化协同"的发展现状,进而有针对性地选择合适湖南的"五化协同"发展模式,藉此调整湖南区域产业结构,提高新型工业、现代化农业、信息化、城镇化和绿色产业发展速度,提升湖南省的整体经济发展水平,促进"五化"的协调发展,深化现代化产业的信息化、绿色化融合程度。

The"Opinions on accelerating the construction of ecological civilization"promulgated by the State Council adds the concept of"green"on the basis of"four modernizations synchronization"and advocate the coordinated development of the"five modernizations".In the historical transition period of national governance modernization strategy,the top-level design and strategic planning transited from the"four modernizations"into"five modernizations"are carried out in Hunan province.This paper analyzes the development status of"five coordination"in Hunan province,through the establishment of the VAR model of the collaborative development of"five modernizations",in order to select the appropriate"five collaborative development model"and adjust the local industrial structure,meanwhile,improve the development of new industries,modern agriculture,information technology,urbanization,and green industry,enhance the overall economic development level,so as to promote the coordinated development of the"five coordination"and deepened the integration of informatization and green of modern industry.
