我国社会经济的转型升级必然驱动与之紧密关联的高等教育转型发展,走出象牙塔的大学已成为典型的利益相关者组织。政府和教育主管部门的顶层设计与政策导向是地方本科高校转型发展的航向;学校办学观念的转变与内涵建设是地方本科高校转型发展的引擎;行业企业的参与和指导是地方本科高校转型发展的双翼;部分利益相关者的理解和支持是地方本科高校转型发展的加速器;次要利益相关者的认同和肯定是地方本科高校转型发展的润滑剂。通过各利益相关者的协同创新,可以实现地方本科高校转型顺利发展。
