教育国际化背景下河北高校留学生教育发展刍议

Foreign Students Education Development in Colleges and Universities of Hebei Province under Background of Education Internationalization

目前,河北省外国留学生数量较少,尤其与云南、广西、吉林、山东等兄弟省份相比,不仅数量少,而且增长速度慢。要实现河北高校留学生教育的健康、快速发展,不仅需要找出差距,更要认清存在问题的原因。制约河北省外国留学生教育发展的主要原因有三个:一是重视程度不够,"等米下锅"现象严重;二是河北省外国留学生教育发展的政策环境有待改进;三是留学生教育培养模式单一,需要创新。

At present,the number of foreign students in Hebei Province is less,especially with Yunnan,Guangxi,Jilin,Shandong and other provinces,compared to not only the quantity is little,and slow growth.To realize the rapid,healthy development of college students education in Hebei,not only need to find out the gap,to identify the cause of the problem.Main reasons which restrict the development of the foreign student education in our province has three:Firstly,we are not pay more attention about it,"waiting only"phenomenon is serious;Secondly,policy environment for the development of foreign student education in our province remains to be further improved;Thirdly,the mode of international students education training is single,requires innovation.
