中成药口服联合艾灸对哮喘缓解期患儿免疫功能的改善

Improvement of immune function in children with remission of asthma with TCM medicine plus oral moxibustion

目的:观察艾灸配合口服中成药对小儿哮喘缓解期免疫能力的影响。方法:收集90例哮喘缓解期患儿为对象,按照不同治疗方式分成两组,观察组与对照组各45例。两组常规吸入布地奈德气雾剂,观察组患儿再予以中成药玉屏风颗粒联合艾灸治疗。结果:观察组治疗后的IgA、IgG、IgE水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中成药口瓶服联合艾灸对哮喘缓解期患儿的免疫功能具有一定调节作用。

Objective:To observe the effect of moxibustion plus TCM medicine on immune function in children with asthma at remission stage.Methods:90cases were collected and divided into2groups according to different treatments,each with45cases.Two groups were inhaled Budesonide Aerosol;the observation group was treated with Yupingfeng San plus moxibustion more.Results:The levels of IgA,IgG and IgE in the observation group were better(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM medicine plus moxibustion can regulate immune function of asthmatic children in remission stage.
