荆防苡仁汤反治法治疗小儿秋季腹泻

Treating infantile diarrhea in autumn with the Jingfang Yiren decoction

目的:探讨荆防苡仁汤反治法治疗小儿秋季腹泻的有效性。方法:以2014年1月-2015年12月我院收治的88例秋季腹泻患儿为研究对象,随机将入选病例均分为两组。实验组患儿44例,化裁使用荆防苡仁汤治疗;对照组患儿44例,给予常规西医治疗。对比分析两组疗效。结果:实验组治疗总有效率(93.2%)高于对照组(75.0%),24h内止吐率(61.9%)、脱水纠正率(38.7%)和止泻率(22.7%)也均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:荆防苡仁汤从治法治疗小儿秋季腹泻,起效迅速,能有效缩短病程,疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To explore the effects of the Jingfang Yiren decoction on infantile diarrhea in autumn.Methods:88children were randomly divided into two groups,44cases in each.The experimental group was treated with the Jingfang Yiren decoction;the control group was given conventional western medicine.Results:The efficiency was93.2%in the experimental group,and higher than75.0%in the control group.In24houses,the antiemetic rate(61.9%),the dehydration correction rate(38.7%)and the diarrhea rate(22.7%)were higher in the experimental group,with a statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Jingfang Yiren decoction on infantile diarrhea in autumn shows a significant and quick effect,can effectively shorten the course of the disease,and is worthy of promotion.
