药膳辅助治疗中早期糖尿病肾病37例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 37 cases of diabetic nephropathy with medicinal diet

糖尿病肾病属难治性疑难病症,目前只能靠常规维持治疗以延缓其进展,辅以中医药有肯定效果,但是由于中药煎煮繁琐及口感问题,患者多难以长时间坚持。本文采用药膳疗法,寓食于药,以药代食。所组药膳配方既有食用营养价值,又有医用治疗价值。通过37例患者应用观察,效果尚好,尤其对于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者,大多出现可逆性临床表现;血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿蛋白明显减低;对于"三多一少"、纳差、便溏、浮肿、腰痛、畏寒等临床症状亦有良好效果。

Diabetic nephropathy is a refractory and difficult disease,and was given conventional maintenance therapy to delay its progress in currently.TCM medicine has a positive effect;while because of the complicated process and taste,courses were difficult for patients.This article applied medicinal diet.The medicinal diet recipe has edible nutritional value and medical value.The therapy was applied in treating37patients,with good effects,especially for diabetic nephropathyⅠ,Ⅱpatients.Reversible clinical manifestations were found;blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,urine protein were significantly reduced;anorexia,loose stools,low back pain,chills and other clinical symptoms were improved.
