中西医结合疗法治疗气阴两虚血瘀型2型糖尿病的疗效

An effect of the integrative medicine on type 2 diabetes mellitus of the Qiyin Liangxu type

目的:研究中西医结合疗法治疗气阴两虚血瘀型2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:将2015年1月-2016年1月收治的100例2型糖尿病患者均分为对照组与实验组,两组均接受西医常规治疗,实验组在此基础上联用益气养阴活血汤。观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组空腹血糖指数、餐后2h血糖指数均有明显改善(P<0.05),其中实验组上述指标改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗总有效率为86.0%,明显高于对照组的72.0%(P<0.05)。两组均未见严重不良反应。结论:益气养阴活血汤联合西药治疗气阴两虚血务型2型糖尿病效果确切,可有效稳固血糖表达水平,且不良反应较少,用药安全性高,值得临床予以推广和应用。

Objective:To study the effects of the integrative medicine on2diabetes mellitus of The Qiyin Liangxu type.Methods:100cases were divided into the control group and the experimental group,50cases in each group.Two groups were treated with conventional western medicine;the experimental group was treated with the Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction more.Results:After treatment,fasting blood glucose index,2h postprandial glycemic index were improved significantly(P<0.05);and the improvements in the experimental group were better,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total efficiency was86.0%in the experimental group,significantly higher than72.0%in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reaction was found in groups.Conclusion:The Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction plus western medicine on2diabetes mellitus of the Qiyin Liangxu type shows a significant effect,can stabilize blood sugar levels,with fewer adverse reactions and high safety,and is worthy of application.
