中医定向透药疗法联合复方蛇蚁喷雾剂治疗冻结肩的临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy of TCM oriented medication plus the Sheyi spray on frozen shoulder

目的:探讨中医定向透药疗法联合复方蛇蚁喷雾剂治疗冻结肩的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年6月-2017年6月我院收治的80例冻结肩患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组予以中药定向透药治疗仪的中频理疗,观察组予以中医定向透药疗法联合复方蛇蚁喷雾剂治疗。比较两组患者肩关节活动与疼痛情况。结果:治疗第1、2、3、4周对照组的Constant-Murley评分与观察组相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗第1、2、3、4周对照组的VAS评分与观察组相比明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对冻结肩患者实施中医定向透药疗法联合复方蛇蚁喷雾剂治疗,能快速有效缓解患者的病痛,改善肩关节活动障碍,恢复肩关节功能。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of TCM oriented medication plus the Sheyi spray on frozen shoulder.Methods:80patients were divided into two groups,40cases in each.The control group was given intermediate frequency physiotherapy by TCM oriented medication apparatus;the observation group was given the Sheyi spray more.The shoulder movement and pain in groups were compared.Results:In1week,2weeks,3weeks,4weeks,the Constant-Murley scores in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);the VAS scores in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM oriented medication plus the Sheyi spray on frozen shoulder can effectively relieve pain,improve shoulder dysfunction,recover function of shoulder joint.
