针灸艾灸配合推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

Observation on treating knee osteoarthritis by moxibustion plus massage

目的:观察针灸艾灸配合推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:采用针灸艾灸配合推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎26例(观察组),并与单纯针灸加TDP治疗的26例(对照组)作比较,判断分析结果。结果:观察组的治愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前疼痛、僵硬、关节功能障碍评分无统计学差异,观察组疼痛、僵硬、关节功能障碍评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用针灸艾灸配合推拿治疗的疗效明显优于针灸加TDP治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of moxibustion plus massage on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:26cases in the observation group were treated by moxibustion plus massage;the control group(26cases)was given acupuncture plus TDP.Results:The cure rate and total efficiency in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of pain,stiffness and joint dysfunction in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion plus massage on knee osteoarthritis shows a better effect,is worthy of clinical application.
