慢性盆腔炎患者的中医辨证施护临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating chronic pelvic inflammation disease by TCM syndrome differentiation nursing

目的:观察中医辨证施护治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的临床疗效。方法:选取我院妇产科收治的92例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理,治疗组患者采用中医辨证施护,观察两组患者的临床效果。结果:治疗组的治愈率和临床总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:对慢性盆腔炎患者采用中医辨证施护能够明显提高临床疗效,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of TCM differentiation nursing on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:92cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The control group was treated by routine nursing,and the treatment group was treated by TCM differentiation nursing.Results:The cure rate and total efficiency in the treatment group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM differentiation nursing on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can obviously improve the clinical curative effect,and deserve further popularization and application.
