摘要
星级酒店的空间布局影响着一个城市的功能和区域经济的发展,文章基于GIS的空间分析方法,对沈阳市的99家星级酒店的地区集聚程度,分布离散程度,以及不同星级酒店的分布重心与趋势进行了点模式分析,同时对星级酒店分布的影响因素通过建立缓冲区进行研究。研究结果表明沈阳星级酒店地区集聚程度显著,星级酒店向商业区位好、地价较高的地方集聚,高等级景区对酒店空间分布有一定影响。文章在城市经济圈及经济实体分布等问题的探讨方面打开了一个全新的研究视角,进而丰富了现代城市酒店布局理论。
Star hotel space layout affects the function of a city and the development of regional economy,this paper based on GIS spatial analysis method,analysis on area concentration degree,distribution of discrete degree of99star hotels in Shenyang,as well as the distribution center and the trend of different star hotel by point pattern analysis,at the same time,the influence factors of star hotel distribution were studied by establishing a buffer zone.The results show that the degree of agglomeration star hotel in Shenyang area is significant,star hotels cluster to these places which has good commercial location and the higher land price,,and high grade of hotel have effects on the spatial distribution of the scenic spot.Articles for the distribution of economic entities and the issue of urban economic circle provide a new perspective and enrich the theory of modern city hotel layout.
