摘要
随着旅游需求的持续增长、旅游内涵的不断提升,酒店行业人员流失率却居高不下,已成为制约高星级酒店发展的重要瓶颈。相关研究表明,酒店员工流失率与满意度呈负相关关系,即员工满意度越高,人才流失率相对较低。本文基于ES理念,对苏州市高星级酒店员工满意度现状进行调查,并有针对性地提出员工满意度提升的对策,以促进苏州酒店行业人力资源科学有序发展。
With the continuous growth of tourism demand,the continuous improvement of tourism connotation,The hotel industry staff turnover rate is high,has become an important bottleneck restricting the development of high-star hotel.Related research shows that the staff turnover rate is negatively correlated with its satisfaction,that is,the higher the employee satisfaction and the relatively low turnover rate.Based on the concept of ES,this paper investigates the status quo of employee satisfaction of high-star hotel in Suzhou,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the employee's satisfaction degree in order to promote the scientific and orderly development of human resources in the hotel industry.
