Research on the Training Strategy of Local Talents in Wenzhou Vocational Colleges

在一带一路全球战略指引下,温州职业院校应该加快培养地方性人才,促进地方经济发展,更好应对一带一路,使温州本地企业生产具有竞争力的产品,更好地参加国际竞争。本文对职业院校人才培养问题和人才培养模式以及教育观念、专业设置、课程设置、教学模式等环节进行探讨,以适应全球经济带来的冲击和威胁,建立适合温州发展的新型的职业教育人才培养方式。

Under the guidance of the global strategy,Wenzhou vocational colleges should speed up the training of local talents and promote the development of local economy.It is better to make the local enterprises in Wenzhou produce competitive products and participate in international competition.This paper will discuss the problems of personnel training and the training mode of talents in vocational colleges,as well as the concept of education,professional setting,curriculum,teaching mode and so on to meet the impact and threat of the global economy to establish a new type of vocational education talents suitable for Wenzhou development Way of training.
