摘要
目的:通过经颅多普勒(TCD)和CT灌注成像(CTP)对分水岭脑梗死血流动力学的对照分析,探讨TCD对分水岭脑梗死血流动力学评价的临床应用价值。方法:本研究前瞻性选取我院2015年6月-2017年7月收治的急性分水岭脑梗死患者41例,入院后完善经颅多普勒及CTP检查,分析TCD相对于CTP对急性分水岭脑梗死血流动力学的诊断价值。结果:两种检测方法在诊断结果上具有一致性;以CTP结果为标准,TCD的检测敏感度为88.89%,特异度为78.26%,准确度为82.93%。结论:经颅多普勒超声对分水岭脑梗死患者血流动力学评价与CT灌注扫描在诊断结果上具有一致性,故值得在临床推广和普及。
Objective:To compare the hemodynamic characteristics of cerebral watershed infarction by Transcranial Doppler(TCD)and CT perfusion imaging(CTP),and to investigate the clinical value of TCD in hemodynamic evaluation of cerebral watershed infarction.Methods:A prospective study was performed on41patients with acute cerebral watershed infarction and underwent Transcranial Doppler and CTP examinations from June2015to July2017to analyze the diagnostic value of TCD versus CTP in hemodynamics of acute watershed infarction.Results:The two detection methods were consistent in the diagnosis,=0.000;The detection sensitivity of TCD was88.89%,specificity was78.26%,accuracy was82.93%when took CTP as a standard.Conclusion:Transcranial Doppler sonography is consistent with CT perfusion scan in the evaluation of hemodynamics in patients with cerebral watershed infarction,and deserves to be popularized.
