慢性心功能不全心肾阳虚证患者采用苓桂术甘汤与真武汤治疗对其心功能的影响

Treating chronic cardiac insufficiency of the Xinshen Yangxu type with the Linggui Zhugan decoction plus the Zhenwu decoction

目的:探究采用苓桂术甘汤与真武汤治疗慢性心功能不全心肾阳虚证患者对其心功能的影响。方法:选取我院2016年1月—2017年2月期间接收的慢性心功能不全心肾阳虚证患者64例作为本次研究的对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组采用苓桂术甘汤与真武汤治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组患者的心功能疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性心功能不全心肾阳虚证患者中采用苓桂术甘汤与真武汤治疗能够有效改善患者的心功能,值得在临床上推广与应用。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Linggui Zhugan decoction plus the Zhenwu decoction on chronic cardiac insufficiency of the Xinshen Yangxu type.Methods:64patients were divided into2groups.The control group was given conventional treatment;and the study group was given the Linggui Zhugan decoction plus the Zhenwu decoction.Efficiency in two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,efficiency in the study group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Linggui Zhugan decoction plus the Zhenwu decoction on chronic cardiac insufficiency of the Xinshen Yangxu type shows a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
