摘要
结合汽车液压油管90°弯管接头的注塑要求,设计了其一模一腔两板模结构模具。针对产品特殊的脱模要求,相应地设计了两种脱模机构:齿条圆弧转动抽芯机构和油缸驱动侧滑块强制脱模机构。齿条圆弧转动抽芯机构采用油缸驱动齿条,从而驱动圆弧形齿轮带动弯管型芯实现对弯管特征进行脱模;油缸驱动侧滑块强制脱模机构通过注塑机顶杆驱动实现产品从主型芯镶件上脱出,而后再由油缸驱动滑块对带有倒扣的端头特征进行二次强制脱模;管内型芯采用特殊水井增设隔水片来达到对型芯的冷却。模具结构及机构设计新颖,实现了产品的自动化注塑生产,可为同类产品的模具结构设计提供有益参考。
Combined with injection molding requirements of90°elbow joint for automobile hydraulic oil pipe,the two plate mould with one cavity was designed.Aimed at the special release requirements for the product,two kinds of demoulding mechanism were designed correspondingly-The rack circular arc rotating core pulling mechanism and forced release mechanism of side slider drove by cylinder.In the rack circular arc rotating core pulling mechanism,cylinder is used to drive rack,thus,the arc gear is drove for driving the elbow core to realize the demoulding of the elbow feature.In the forced release mechanism,the product is pulled out from the main core insert by the drive of the ejector pin in injection molding machine,then twice forced demoulding of the product end feature with undercuts is performed through cylinder driving side slider.A special water well is adopted in the inner core of the pipe,and a water separator is added to cool the core.The mould structure and mechanism structure design are novel,and the automatic injection molding production is realized,which can provide a useful reference for the mould structure design of similar products.
