摘要
设计了一种面向集群单一映像系统的编程模型,该模型在编程方式向共享内存编程模型靠齐,在实现方式上向分布内存方式靠齐,编程接口遵循MPI规范,采用消息传递方式实现进程间通信。编程模型以MPICH2为基础,并做了适当的改进,实现了共享内存的并行编程模型、TIPC通道以及TIPC协议在Rapid IO上的移植。设计的并行编程模型的并行算法以静态链接库的形式存在,对用户是透明的,实现灵活,代码复用率高。
A single image system programming model for cluster applications is designed in this paper.The model is programmed in a way to the shared memory programming model,and is realized in a way to the distributed memory approach.The programming interface follows the MPI specification,and interprocess communication are implemented by message passing.The programming model is based on MPICH2,and made the appropriate improvements.A parallel programming model for shared memory is implemented and TIPC channel with transplantation of TIPC protocol on RapidIO.
