摘要
为了减少城市快速路常发瓶颈上游路段因交通流量增加而引发的车辆行程时间增加、道路通行能力下降、事故发生等问题,引入可变限速的思想,针对提高城市快速路瓶颈区域通行能力的可变限速控制策略进行了研究。以出口匝道交通瓶颈为例,利用VISSIM仿真手段对可变限速控制策略进行分析,得到未采取可变限速策略与可变限速策略下交通流参数结果。仿真结果表明采取了可变限速策略后,车辆的总的通行时间和延误均有减少,验证了可变限速控制策略的有效性。
This paper aims to develop a control strategy of variable speed limits toraise the bottleneck of regional capacity of urban Expressway.To exit ramp traffic bottlenecks,for example,using VISSIM simulation analysis of the control strategy of variable speed limits,the results of traffic flow with/without controlled variable speed limits strategy are obtained and compared.Simulation results show that use the variable speed limit policy,the total travel time and delay are reduced,demonstrate the effectiveness of control strategy of variable speed limits.
