Development and Optimization of Positioning Function for Standard Parts Based on NX

机械产品设计中大量使用标准件,NX软件现有的标准件装配定位功能只支持在平面目标上的定位,而对实际应用中遇到的在曲面上的定位却无能为力。通过代码设计以及用户界面的开发,实现了基于曲面目标的定位功能,提升了该功能的适用性,具有很高的工程实用价值。

A large number of standard parts are used in the design of mechanical products,and the existing positioning function of NX only support the positioning of standard parts on the planar faces,and is impossible to positioning on non-planar faces.This paper through the code design and the development of user interface to implement new feature of positioning function which based on non-planar targets.This paper may lead to higher applicability,and has very much engineering practical value.
