摘要 机车行驶时轴承极易发热磨损,若轴温太高时不能及时检测出来并发出报警,将对机车行驶造成一定的安全隐患。将轴温检测装置安装在机车的每一个转向架上,最后将整列机车上的机车轴温检测装置的数据通过总线发送至上层的轴温处理器进行集中处理。机车轴温检测装置以STM32模块为核心,还包括温度采集模块、电源模块、通信模块以及屏蔽盒。 When the locomotive is running,the bearing is easy to generate heat and wear.If the axle temperature is too high,it can't be detected in time and alarm,which will cause certain safety hazard to the locomotive running.The axle temperature detecting device is installed on each bogie of the locomotive,and finally,the data of the locomotive axle temperature detection device on the whole locomotive is sent to the upper axle temperature processor by the bus for centralized processing.The locomotive axle temperature detection device takes STM32module as the core,including DS18B20temperature acquisition module,power module,communication module and shielding box.
