摘要
自持移相模式是一种能在大负载范围内实现软开关的控制方式,将该方法应用到高压静电除尘电源中,可以改善其软开关特性,从而提高其效率。基于基波近似法分析了自持移相高压LCC谐振变换器的稳态特性,讨论了参数选择时应当注意的因素。通过对电路的动态工作过程进行分析建立了系统的小信号模型。最后通过仿真,验证了所设计的自持移相高压电源的良好的软开关特性,在高压静电除尘电源的控制方面有一定的参考意义。
Self-sustained phase-shift modulation is a control method with soft switch in wide load range,and the method can be applied in high-voltage electrostatic precipitation LCC power supply to improve its soft switch characteristics and efficiency.The steady-state characteristics of self-sustained phase-shift modulated high-voltage LCC resonant converter are analyzed based on the fundamental wave approximation method.The factors that should be concerned in the selection of parameters are discussed in this paper.The small signal model of the system is built by analyzing the dynamic working process of the circuit.Finally,the soft switch characteristics are verified by simulation about the designed self-sustained phase-shift modulated high-voltage power supply.The work in this paper has some referenced meaning in the aspect of the control about high-voltage electrostatic precipitation power supply.
