BLDC发电状态能量回收并网研究

摘要 直流无刷电机应用广泛。它在制动时工作在发电状态,使直流母线产生泵升电压,为抑制该电压常用能耗电阻。用能量回收装置代替能耗电阻能够减少发热,提高电能利用率,拥有良好的市场前景。为BLDC发电状态能量并网回收装置建立了数学模型,分析了三相VSR的工作原理及前馈解耦的控制方法。在MATLAB中进行了仿真,验证了实验结果与理论分析相一致。 Brushless DC motor is widely used.The utility model works in the power generation state when braking,and causes the DC bus to generate the pump voltage,so as to suppress the common energy consumption resistance braking of the voltage.Using energy recovery device instead of energy consumption resistor brake can reduce heating,improve power utilization,and have a good market prospect.In this paper,a mathematical model of BLDC generation state energy grid connected recovery device is established.The working principle of three-phase VSR and the method of feed-forward decoupling control are analyzed.The simulation is carried out in MATLAB,and the experiment results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.
