摘要
根据变频调速控制系统的需要,设计了一种以HCPL-316J为控制核心的变频器制动单元系统,该系统完成了直流母线电压检测、主从动切换、温度检测及过热保护、IGBT驱动信号的发生、保护电路的设计,用此方法设计的制动单元系统工作稳定、可靠,并已应用到工业现场。
According to the need of control system,this paper uses HCPL-316J as the control core of the inverter braking unit system.The system is completed to detect the DC bus voltage and switch of master-slave,detect temperature and prevent over-heat,come into being of IGBT driving signal,design of the protection circuit.
