土地流转与农机化发展研究

Research on Farmland Transfer and Agricultural Mechanization Development

一家一户零星种植和用劳力换收成的原有农业生产模式已无法适应新形势要求,土地流转大势所趋。阐述农村土地流转对农业和农机化发展的影响,分析当前土地流转进程中存在的问题,以及土地合理流转与农机化相互影响、互为促进的关系,提出规范土地流转程序、稳定粮食价格、发展规模化经营、提高农机化作业水平、坚持分类指导等措施,促进土地合理流转和农机化发展。

The original agricultural production mode such as Fragmentary planting by single household and labor exchanging harvest has not suited the needs of new situation therefore land transfer represents the general trend.This paper expounded the effect of rural land circulation on agricultural mechanization development,analyzed the existing problems in the process of land transfer at present and the interactive and synergistic relationship between reasonable land transfer and agricultural mechanization,and put forward some measures such as regulating land transfer procedures,stabilizing grain price,developing scale operation,improving operation level of agricultural mechanization and insisting on giving different guidance to different classification,so as to promote reasonable land transfer and agricultural mechanization development.
