摘要
为提高农民科技教育水平,从思想观念、教育资源、扶持政策、教学措施等方面,提出加强农民科技教育培训的具体建议,为实现辽宁现代农业发展规划奠定基础。
To improve the farmer educational level of science and technology,this paper put forward concrete suggestions for strengthening farmer education and training of science and technology from the aspects of ideology,educational resources,supportive policy and teaching measure,etc.,in order to lay a foundation for realizing modern agricultural development in Liaoning province.
