摘要
通过制定详细的实验教学大纲、调整教学方法、建立开放实验室及提高教学水平,对食品工艺学实验课程进行改革,为提高学生的综合能力提供参考。
By making a detailed experimental teaching outline,adjusting the teaching methods,establishing open laboratory and improving the level of teaching to reform the food technology experiment course,in order to provide reference for improving comprehensive abilities of students.
