宫颈癌盆腔放疗联合西黄胶囊减轻骨髓抑制的效果观察

Efficacy of pelvic radiotherapy combined with Xihuang capsules following cervical cancer surgery on reducing bone marrow suppression

目的探讨宫颈癌盆腔放疗时联合西黄胶囊对减轻患者骨髓抑制程度的作用。方法筛选笔者所在医院宫颈癌盆腔放疗患者50例,随机分为试验组(n=25)、对照组(n=25),试验组在放疗同时给予西黄胶囊口服,对照组仅行放疗。分别于放疗前,放疗过程中第5、10、15、20次时检测血常规。采用t检验方法,对比两组患者血常规情况是否存在差异。结果放疗过程中试验组患者白细胞总数、中性粒细胞计数、血小板计数均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05),血红蛋白计数无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论西黄胶囊能够明显减轻盆腔放疗患者骨髓抑制程度,可在放疗时联用,尤其在有骨髓抑制危险因素人群中,更宜推广使用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of cervical cancer pelvic radiotherapy combined with Xihuang Capsules to reduce the degree of bone marrow suppression.Methods The50cases of cervical cancer treated with pelvic radiotherapy were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into trial group(n=25)and control group(n=25),the former was added with Xihuang Capsules orally,the latter only radiotherapy.Blood routine test was taken before radiotherapy,and on fifth,tenth,fifteenth,twentieth day during radiotherapy.T test method was used to compare the differences of blood routine test between the two groups.Results The count of WBC and neutrophil,Platelet in the former were significantly higher than those in the latter(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hemoglobin count(P>0.05).Conclusion Xihuang Capsules can obviously reduce bone marrow suppression in the patients who took pelvic radiotherapy.It can be used in radiotherapy,especially in the patients with high risk factors of bone marrow suppression.
