平阳霉素联合阿奇霉素预防乳腺癌根治术后淋巴液渗出引起的积液

Pingyangmycin combined with azithromycin for preventing seroma caused by lymphatic leakage after modified radical mastectomy

目的探讨抗癌抗生素(平阳霉素)联合阿奇霉素预防乳腺癌根治术后淋巴液渗出引起的局部区域积液的临床效果。方法采取随机分组的方法,将收治的准备行根治性手术的乳癌患者随机分成试验组即平阳霉素联合阿奇霉素预防乳腺癌根治术后淋巴液渗出的治疗组和对照组进行比较研究。两组患者除了在手术过程中试验组采用平阳霉素联合阿奇霉素预防乳腺癌根治术后淋巴液渗出的方法外,其余相同。结果两组局部区域积液在第一天的平均积液量无差异外(P>0.05),第二、三天的平均积液量有统计学差异(P<0.05),第一、二周大于50 ml积液的例数均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论平阳霉素联合阿奇霉素能够很好地预防乳腺癌根治术后淋巴液渗出引起的局部区域积液,缩短区域积液的持续时间。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of pingyangmycin combined with azithromycin for preventing seroma caused by lymphatic leakage after modified radical mastectomy.Methods The164Patients with breast cancer who had undergone modified radical mastectomy were randomised to trial group getting Pingyangmycin combined with azithromycins prayed into the axillary fossa and control group in comparative study.The patients in trial group were experienced Pingyangmycin combined with azithromycin for preventing lymphatic exudation after modified radical mastectomy during operation,the rest was same among two groups.Results The average amount of local effusion between two groups was no significant difference in the first day(P>0.05).The average amount of effusionhave had statistical,difference on the second and third day(P<0.05).Cases who collected effusion more than50ml had statistical differences at the first and second week(P<0.05).ConclusionPingyangmycin combined with azithromycin can prevent breast cancer radical surgery lymph leakage caused by local effusion effectively and shorten the duration of the regional fluid.
