赴南苏丹维和二级医院实施护理质量评价的效果分析

Efficacy analysis on performing nursing quality evaluation in level Ⅱ peacekeeping hospital around South Sudan

目的探讨赴南苏丹维和二级医院护理质量评价效果。方法确定赴南苏丹维和二级医院护理质量评价指标,按照指标内容实施护理质量评价,对照分析实施护理质量评价前后的质量控制效果。结果实施护理质量评价后,维和二级医院护理质量明显提升,伤病员对护理工作满意率总分从92.97提高至96.84,二者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过护理质量评价的系统实践,明确了赴南苏丹维和二级医院护理质量评价标准,优化了护理质量,提升了伤病员满意度,对增强维和医疗保障实力有积极作用。

Objective To explore implementation effect of the levelⅡpeacekeeping hospital nursing evaluation.Methods Firstly,the South Sudan LevelⅡpeacekeeping hospital nursing evaluation index was determined,then according to the index content the nursing quality evaluation was performed,afterwards the quality control efficacy was compared between before and after performing.Results The basic nursing pass-percent age increased obviously,the casualty'satisfaction increased from92.97up to96.84,there was significant difference than before performing(P<0.05).Conclusion Through practice nursing quality evaluation system makes clear in South Sudan LevelⅡpeacekeeping hospital nursing quality evaluation standardized,optimizing nursing quality,increasing casualty'satisfaction,and thus plays an important role in increase of peacekeeping medical security strength
