全国粳稻主栽品种食味品评报告 被引量:3

摘要 中国和日本计86个品评人员对黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、河北、河南、山东、江苏、云南、贵州等省,新疆、宁夏自治区及天津市的30个主栽品种进行品评,江苏武进稻麦育种场培育的武育粳3号作为基准米(70分)。结果表明:70分以上食味水平粳稻品种占品评品种总数的56.67%、面积占品评品种总面积的51.94%,说明我国粳稻主栽品种中较高食味水平品种多些、面积也稍大;食味稍低的65~70分食味水平粳稻品种在各食味区间中种植面积最大,说明稍低食味水平粳稻主栽品种在市场仍占一定地位;食味特优的品种面积明显高于食味特低的品种;优良食味粳稻品种南北都有分布,地域差异不明显。 The nation wide rice varieties were collected and after primary screening by86critics from China and Japan,30main cultivated rice varieties from Heilongjiang,Jilin,Liaoning,Hebei,Henan,Shandong,Jiangsu,Yunnan,Guizhou,Xinjiang and Ningxia were chosen to take part in taste and evaluation for palatability,the test used Wuyujing-3as benchmark rice(70-point level)which was bred by rice and wheat breeding farm of wujin.The result indicated that taste value of rice varieties over70-point level accounted for56.67percent of the total varieties,and the areas of rice varieties over70-point level accounted for51.94percent of the total varieties,this results showed clearly that taste value and areas were larger among main cultivated Japonica rice.The taste value from65to70had largest areas in the range of taste value,and it showed that main cultivated Japonica rice with slightly lower taste value had its place,the areas with fine palatability varieties were significantly higher than bad palatability,the fine quality japonica rice located all over China's Mainland and the regional difference was not not significant.
