温室大棚打药运输机的设计与应用研究

Research on the Design and Application of Spraying Pesticide and Transporting Machine in Greenhouse

目前,温室大棚内作物的药剂喷施和运输环节劳动繁重,迫切需要实现机械化。为解决这一问题,研究设计一种温室大棚打药运输机。阐述该机的整体结构设计及特点,并通过实际应用考察该机的作业性能和效益,证明使用该机进行温室大棚内打药和运输作业可以节省劳动力、提高生产效率,适宜大范围推广应用。

At present,the work of spraying pesticide and transporting for plants in greenhouse is very heavy,therefore it is urgent to realize mechanization.In order to solve this problem a spraying pesticide and transporting machine was studied and designed.This paper expounded the designing of the whole machine and the characteristic of the machine,and verified that using the machine spray pesticide and transport in greenhouse can not only save labor but also increase productivity.It is suitable for popularization and application in large area.
