Training and Organization of Heavy Equipment Transport Unit

为提高重装备运输分队车勤人员综合素质,不断强化公路运输综合保障能力,从重装备运输分队的任务需求入手,分析当前重装备运输分队训练存在的主要问题,系统论述战备训练运输组织指挥、复杂环境驾驶、重装备装(卸)载及捆绑加固、铁路输送、公路超限运输组织、综合勤务演练等内容体系,提出战备训练要以任务为牵引、以实战为要求、以维修保障为突破口。

To improve the comprehensive quality of car service personnel in heavy equipment transport unit and intensify the comprehensive support capacity of highway transportation,the paper firstly analyzes the main problems in training of heavy equipment transport unit according to the task requirements.Then,it elaborates the content system of combat readiness training from following aspects:transport organization and command,complex environment driving,heavy equipment loading(unloading)and binding fastening,railway transport,highway overload transport and organization,and comprehensive service practice.Finally,it proposes some measures to strengthen combat readiness training,such as taking tasks as traction,meeting the requirement of actual combat,and improving the capacity of maintenance support.
