基于电化学噪声技术的灰色有机涂层腐蚀行为研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探究军用车辆有机涂层在紫外与盐雾综合作用下的防护性能,以军用车辆灰色有机涂层为研究对象,设计紫外与盐雾循环暴露试验,通过电化学噪声技术结合表面形貌观测对灰色有机涂层的腐蚀行为进行研究。研究结果表明,灰色有机涂层在该环境中的防护能力大幅下降,其电化学噪声的电位与电流波动标准差和涂层失效程度相关,噪声电阻与极限谱噪声电阻的变化趋势具有一致性,可用于评价涂层失效程度。 To explore the protection performance of organic coating under the comprehensive function of ultraviolet and salt fog,the paper takes grey organic coating of military vehicle as study object and designs ultraviolet and salt fog cyclic exposure test,and tests the corrosion behavior of grey organic coating with electrochemical noise technology.The result shows that the protection performance of grey organic coating in this environment is decreased sharply,and the electric potential and current fluctuation standard deviation of electrochemical noise is related to failure level of coating.The noise resistance and limit spectral noise resistance have the same variation tendency,which can be used to evaluate coating failure degree.
