山东青岛某小学生窝沟封闭认知度及其临床效果分析

目的探讨青岛农村某小学学生窝沟封闭的应用效果,及学生家长对窝沟封闭认知度的了解。方法选择胶南铁山镇某小学2014年3月~2015年3月300名7~15岁学生作为研究对象。对龋患情况以及临床实施窝沟封闭治疗的情况进检查,分别设为观察组(窝沟封闭治疗组)以及对照组(未实施治疗组),并对两组学生家长展开问卷调查。结果观察组学生的龋均值为2.86±2.52,对照组为4.39±2.62,在龋均值方面,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);对于窝沟封闭的知晓率以及龋齿治疗率,与学生家长文化水平有一定相关性。结论在预防学生龋齿方面,临床选择窝沟封闭的治疗方法可以获得一定的效果。为了对学生的口腔健康做出保证,避免出现龋齿的情况,需要对学生进行必要的宣传教育,将窝沟封闭知识的知晓率显著提高。

Objective to study the Qingdao countryside on the grooved chewing closed the clinical application effect of a primary school students.Methods Select Tieshan Town,Jiaonan,a primary school from March2014to March20157300to15years old students as the research object.The implementation of sealant treatment in examination of caries condition and clinical,were divided into observation group(sealant treatment group)and control group(no treatment group),and a questionnaire survey was carried out in two groups of parents.Results in terms of average caries,observation group students signifi cantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);For nest groove closed awareness and caries treatment,has certain correlation with the parents of the students cultural level.Conclusion the students in preventing dental caries,clinical choose nest groove closed treatment can obtain certain effect.Committed to the student's oral health.
