光固化复合树脂在口腔美容修复中的作用探讨

目的探索光固化复合树脂在口腔美容修复中的效果。方法选取我院2012年6月~2015年6月收治的口腔美容患者80例为研究对象,对所有患者患牙组织使用光固化复合树脂修复,分析其修复效果。结果患者经光固化复合树脂修复后,总有效率为98.75%,复发率为1.25%,同时修复后患者的患牙根管壁厚度明显优于修复前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论光固化复合树脂在口腔美容修复中效果显著,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of light cured composite resin in the repair of oral cosmetic.Methods In our hospital from June2012to June2015,80patients with oral cosmetic surgery were selected as the study subjects.The treatment effect was analyzed by using light cured composite resin.Results The total effective rate was98.75%,the recurrence rate was1.25%,and the root canal wall thickness was signifi cantly better than that of the patients after repair,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of light cured composite resin in the cosmetic repair of oral cavity is remarkable,and it is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.
