摘要
本文基于2016年下半年对杨凌示范区区居民关于公共自行车服务满意度的调查数据,通过居民对整体满意度与9个主要层面满意度评价得分建立计量模型,运用统计软件分析影响公共自行车服务整体满意的驱动因素之间的关系,在此基础上并提取两个公共因子进行研究分析。分析结果表明,杨凌示范区居民对公共自行车系统评价整体满意度较高,但仍然存在一些问题。目前,主要存在的最大问题是网点便民服务和网点布局和数量。最后根据分析研究为政府有关部门提出有针对性的建议。
Based on the survey data of residents'satisfaction with public bicycle service in the second half of2016,this paper establishes a measurement model through the residents'satisfaction with the overall satisfaction and the evaluation of nine major levels of satisfaction.The use of statistical software to analyze the overall satisfaction of the public bicycle service.The relationship between the driving factors,on this basis and extract two common factors for research and analysis.The results show that the residents in Yangling District have higher overall satisfaction with the evaluation of public bicycle system,but there are still some problems.At present,the main problem is the main point of network convenience services and network layout and quantity.Finally,according to the analysis of research for the relevant government departments to put forward targeted recommendations.
