摘要
摘果器是果园大规模生产必不可少的设备,但目前市场上的小型摘果器,都有一些缺点,主要缺点有采摘时易损伤果实和果树、采摘效率低下、自动化程度低。本文提出了一种基于Arduino UNO系统的半自动摘果器,操作人员只需简单操作,系统即可控制循环移动机构、夹取机构以及剪切机构等部件动作,从树枝上剪下果实,夹住,并运往树下收集,如此循环往复,可实现对3—5米果树的一次性采摘,既提高了采摘效率,又不损伤果树和果实。
Picking fruit pickers are indispensable equipment for large-scale production of orchards.However,small fruit pickers currently on the market have some shortcomings.The main shortcomings are fruit and fruit trees which are easily damaged when picking,low picking efficiency and low degree of automation.In this paper,a semi-automatic picker based on Arduino UNO system is proposed.The operator can simply control the movement of the circular moving mechanism,the clipping mechanism and the cutting mechanism to cut the fruits from the branches,And transported to the collection under the tree,so the cycle back and forth,can achieve a one-time picking of3-5meters of fruit trees,both to improve the efficiency of picking,without damaging fruit trees and fruits.
