发表文献中小鼠安死术方法的分析研究(2015—2016)

Analysis of current status of mouse euthanasia methods based on the publications in China(2015-2016)

目的了解国内小鼠处死方法使用的情况,为实验动物管理部门掌握"安死术"在国内执行情况、制定政策提供参考和依据。方法万方数据库中检索2015年至2016年间正文中含有检索词"小鼠"和"处死"的文献,对符合纳入条件的文章进行统计分析。结果 890篇文献符合纳入标准,其中明确提出小鼠处死方法的有351篇,仅占39.44%。处死方法涉及颈椎脱臼、断头、麻醉后放血取材、过量麻醉剂、腹主动脉放血和二氧化碳窒息六种,其中颈椎脱臼法使用率最高,占75.78%。结论目前小鼠"安死术"实施状况不容乐观,且小鼠处死方法在论文撰写中被忽视,且其描述存在不规范现象。促进"安死术"相关法规标准的切实执行,还需加强相关技术的研究和人员的培训。

To investigate the current status of mouse euthanasia methods in China,and to provide the reference and basis for the administrative authorities of laboratory animal management to master the implementation of“euthanasia”and formulate related policies.MethodsResearch papers containing the terms of“mouse”and“execution”in Chinese characters during the period from2015to2016were searched in Wanfang database,and statistical analysis was performed with the articles meeting the searching criteria.ResultsA total of890research articles met the searching criteria,of which351articles clearly described the killing method,accounting for only39.44%.The mouse killing methods included cervical dislocation,decapitation,exsanguination and sampling after anesthesia,excessive anesthesia,abdominal aorta bleeding and carbon dioxide asphyxiation,among them cervical dislocation accounted for the highest rate,75.78%.ConclusionsThe current implementation of mouse euthanasia methods in our country has been far from optimistic.The mouse euthanasis methods have often been ignored in scientific articles and the description of the methods is not standardized.In order to promote the effective implementation of the regulations related to mouse euthanasia,it is needed to promote the study of related techniques and to strengthen personnel training.
