摘要
分析巩义市水土流失及治理现状,以水土流失及治理中存在的问题为依据,对全市的水土保持区进行合理划分,规划水土保持规划的总目标和阶段性目标,为提升水土保持功能和水土保持公共服务功能提供参考。
This paper analyzed the present situation of soil and water erosion andtreatment in Gongyi,and divided reasonably soil and water conservation in the whole city,which took the existing problems of soil and water erosion and treatment as the basis.It also planned the general objective and periodical objectives of soil and water conservation planning,in order to provide reference for improving function of soil and water conservation and public service function of soil and water conservation.
