摘要
综述发酵果蔬汁饮料国内外发展现状及趋势,介绍国内技术标准制定和专利申请情况,探讨关键工艺技术的发展趋势,为加快发酵果蔬汁饮料产业发展提供借鉴。
This paper reviews the current situation and development trend of fermented fruit and the vegetable juice beverage both in domestic and abroad,introduces the situation of formulating technology standard and applying for a patent in domestic,and discusses the development trend of the key process engineering,in order to provide reference for accelerating the development of fermented fruit and vegetable juice beverage industry.
