硝苯地平联合硫酸镁对妊娠高血压患者氧化应激、血液流变学、血小板活性物质指标及肾功能的影响 被引量:28

摘要 目的:探讨硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗对妊娠高血压患者氧化应激、血液流变学、血小板活性物质及肾功能的影响。方法:99例妊娠高血压患者依据随机数据表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=49),对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,观察组接受硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗,比较治疗前后两组血压、氧化应激、血液流变学、血小板活性物质及肾功能指标水平。结果:治疗前,两组间DBP、SBP、TAc、MDA、SOD、高切/低切全血黏度、PV、HCT、CD62P、CD63、GPⅡb/Ⅲa、SCr及BUN水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与组内治疗前相比,两组治疗后DBP、SBP、MDA、高切/低切全血黏度、PV、HCT、CD62P、CD63、GPⅡb/Ⅲa、SCr及BUN水平均显著降低,且观察组治疗后水平显著低于治疗后对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TAc与SOD水平比较,两组治疗后水平均显著高于组内治疗前,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压,可有效降低患者血压水平,改善其氧化应激状态,血液流变学指标以及血小板活性物质水平,保护肾功能,具有重要临床价值。 Objective:To investigate the effect of nifedipine combined with Magnesium Sulfate on levels of oxidative stress,blood rheology,platelet active substance and renal function in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods:A total of99cases of pregnancy induced hypertension patients were selected as the study object,according to the random data table,they were divided into the control group(n=50)and observation group(n=49),the patients in the control group were treated with Magnesium Sulfate,while the patients in the observation group received Magnesium Sulfate combined with nifedipine treatment,the levels of blood pressure and oxidative stress,blood rheology,platelet activity and renal function index before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results:There were no significance difference of the levles of DBP,SBP,TAc,MDA,SOD,high/low shear blood viscosity,PV,HCT,CD62P,CD63,GPⅡb/Ⅲa,SCr and BUN before treatment between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).Compared with the group before treatment,the levels of DBP,SBP,MDA,high/low shear blood viscosity,PV,HCT,CD62P,CD63,GPⅡb/Ⅲa,SCr and BUN after treatment of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the levels of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the level of SOD and TAc,after treatment,the levels of SOD and TAc of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the same group before treatment,and levles of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension,which can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of patients,improve the levels of oxidative stress,blood rheology and platelet active substance,protect renal function,has an important clinical value.
