摘要
目的将治疗肿瘤的临床验方(红豆杉40.00 g、西洋参15.00 g、黄芪50.00 g、石斛25.00 g、甘草7.50 g)研制成杉斛颗粒剂,为进一步开发新药奠定基础。方法采用不同溶剂分别提取验方中的紫杉醇、总皂苷和总多糖,将这些提取物混合成药粉,然后加水制成密度为1.30 g/m L的稠膏,加入1.2倍辅料(可溶性淀粉和糊精等量混合)和2.00%甜菊糖苷,用85.00%乙醇作为润湿剂,制备成杉斛颗粒剂。结果所用辅料价廉,制备工艺简单,生产成本低,有利于社会化大生产,制得的颗粒剂保留了汤剂吸收快、显效迅速等特点。结论紫杉醇提取工艺虽然复杂,但能将验方中的有效成分尽可能多地提取出来。
ObjectiveTo develop ShanHu granules through clinical prescription for the treatment of tumors,in order to lay the foundation for further development of new drug.MethodsThe paclitaxel,total saponins and total polysaccharides in the compounds were extracted by different solvents,and the extracts were mixed into powder.In order to preparation ShanHu granules,the powder was made into thick paste with concentration of1.30g/mL by adding water,then1.2times ingredients(equal mixture of soluble starch and dextrin)and2.00%stevioside were added with85.00%ethanol as wetting agents.ResultsThe applied ingredients were inexpensive with simple preparation process and low cost of production,which was beneficial to socialized mass production,and the developed granules were easy to absorb and rapid.ConclusionAlthough the extraction process is complex,it can extract the active ingredients from the compounds as much as possible.
