支气管热成形术治疗难治性哮喘的临床研究进展

摘要 支气管热成形术(BT)在非药物治疗难治性哮喘方面取得了令人瞩目的成就,其通过特殊导管电极在气道壁释放可转换为热能的射频能量,作用于支气管平滑肌细胞,以减少支气管平滑肌细胞,减轻气道痉挛和气道炎症,从而治疗哮喘[1]。越来越多的研究证实了TB的有效性及安全性,2010年美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)批准了将BT用于治疗重症哮喘患者。BT在2010年被纳入全球哮喘防治创议方案(GINA),且在2014、2015年的指南中证据等级为B级,已作为部分成人重症哮喘患者的常规治疗手段。通过查阅近年来国内外的文献,本文将从以下几个方面作一综述。
