摘要
以艾纳香为试材,用水杨酸(SA)和茉莉酸甲酯(各设浓度10、1、0.1、0.01 mmol/L)分别喷施艾纳香叶片(嫩叶、成熟叶、老叶),以喷施去离子水为对照,探索不同浓度SA、茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)对艾纳香叶片中左旋龙脑(L–龙脑)和总黄酮含量的影响效果。结果表明:除10 mmol/L MeJA处理外,其他浓度的MeJA处理艾纳香嫩叶后,L–龙脑含量均在72 h达到最大值;用1.0 mmol/L MeJA处理成熟叶,L–龙脑在72 h达到最大值(3.043 mg/g),显著高于对照;除0.01 mmol/L MeJA处理外,用其他浓度的MeJA处理嫩叶,总黄酮的含量均在48 h达到最大值;用1.0 mmol/L MeJA处理老叶,总黄酮含量在72 h达19.246 mg/g;用0.01 mmol/L SA处理成熟叶、老叶,L–龙脑的含量在72 h时分别为2.418、2.034 mg/g,与对照差异达显著水平;用0.1 mmol/L SA处理嫩叶、成熟叶、老叶,总黄酮含量在24 h较高,分别为6.287,8.172、11.827 mg/g。综合本研究结果,1 mmol/L的MeJA对艾纳香叶片中L–龙脑和总黄酮的合成均具有较好的促进作用,且在处理后72 h艾纳香叶片中L–龙脑和总黄酮含量相对较高;0.01 mmol/L SA对艾纳香叶片中L–龙脑和总黄酮含量的积累具有较好的效果,处理后,艾纳香叶片中L–龙脑含量在72 h较高,总黄酮含量在24 h较高。
Blumea balsamifera L.DC.was used as test material in this study.Salicylic acid(SA)and Methyl Jasmonate(MeJA)with different concentrations(10,1,0.1,0.01mmol/L of aqueous solution)were sprayed respectively to the leaves of different position,the control was sprayed with water.Then the contents of L–borneol and total flavonoids were determined to explore the response of leaves to different concentrations of SA and MeJA.The results showed that except for the treatment of10mmol/L MeJA,the content of L–borneol of the other treatments reached the maximum value at72h after the young leaves sprayed with MeJA.The content of L–borneol reached maximum value at72h(3.043mg/g)after the mature leaves sprayed with1.0mmol/L MeJA,which was significantly higher than that of the control.Except for the treatment of0.01mmol/L MeJA,the total flavonoids of the other treatments reached the maximum value at48h after the young leaves sprayed with MeJA.The total flavonoids reached maximum value at72h(19.246mg/g)after the old leaves treated with1.0mmol/L MeJA.The L–borneol contents of the treatments of mature leaves and old leaves sprayed with0.01mmol/L reached2.418and2.034mg/g respectively at24h,which were significant higher than those of the control group.Compared with other concentrations,0.1mmol/L SA had higher total flavonoids(young leaves6.287mg/g,mature leaves8.172mg/g and old leaves11.827mg/g)at24h.In conclusion,1mmol/L MeJA could effectively promote the synthesis of L–borneol and total flavonoids and0.01mmol/L SA was advantageous to accumulate L–borneol.
