摘要 该文设计了一款宽温度范围工作、多参数测量的差压变送器,以消减静压对差压测量的影响。介绍了该款宽温区多参数差压变送器的基本原理;完成了宽温区多参数差压变送器的结构设计、信号调理电路设计、抗干扰和防静电设计、变送器的工艺技术设计、多参数差压变送器的宽温区温度补偿;详细介绍了该差压变送器的结构和性能。经过温漂测试,该产品基本满足设计要求。产品已经投入使用。 A differential pressure transmitter with wide temperature range and multi parameter measurement is designed to reduce the influence of static pressure on differential pressure measurement.The basic principle of multi?鄄parameter differential pressure transmitter in the wide temperature range is introduced.Multi?鄄parameter differential pressure transmitter in wide temperature range structure design,the signal conditioning circuit design,anti?鄄interference and anti?鄄static design,technology design of the transmitter,wide temperature range compensation of multi?鄄parameter differential pressure transmitter is completed.The structure and properties of the differential pressure transmitter are introduced in detail.After the temperature drift test,the product basically meets the design requirements.The product has been put into use.The relevant parts have applied for national patent.
