全国主要河湖生态需水保障对策研究

Study on safeguard measures of ecological water demand for major rivers and lakes in China

加强河湖生态需水保障是保护水生态空间、维护河湖健康的重要内容。在梳理河湖生态需水相关概念基础上,明确了全国主要河湖生态需水保障的控制断面和目标,分析了生态需水满足程度及存在的主要问题,构建了主要河湖生态需水保障措施体系,针对全国水资源一级区提出了分区域生态需水保障的具体措施。

Safeguard ecological water demand of rivers and lakes is an important part of protecting the aquatic ecological space and maintaining the health of rivers and lakes.On the basis of discussing the concepts related with ecological water demand of rivers and lakes,the authors make clear of the control sections and the goal of ecological water demand for the major rivers and lakes in China,analyze the satisfaction degree and the main problems of ecological water demand,construct safeguard measures system of ecological water demand for the major rivers and lakes and put forward some concrete safeguard measures of ecological water demand for grade-I water resource regions in China.
