我国水效标识制度的立法研究

Study on the legislation of water efficiency label in China

经过多年研究和努力,《水效标识管理办法》于2017年9月13日正式发布,将于2018年3月1日起施行。《水效标识管理办法》作为国家发改委、水利部和国家质检总局的联合部门规章,为我国针对用水产品实行水效标识管理提供了法律依据。本文从立法的视角对《水效标识管理办法》进行详细解读。

Based on the research and efforts for years,the Management Measures of Water Efficiency Label was officially issued in September13,2017,and will be implemented since March1,2018.As the regulation of joint department of National Development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of Water Resources of the People爷s Republic of China and General Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine of the People爷s Republic of China,the Management Measures of Water Efficiency Label provides a legal basis for the implementation of water efficiency label management of water products.The paper will provide a detailed interpretation of the Management Measures of Water Efficiency Label from the perspective of legislation.
