水洗及水浴对秸秆燃料燃烧结渣特性的影响

摘要 碱金属的存在使得生物质秸秆在燃烧过程中会出现结渣问题。采用水洗及水浴的方法对小麦秆、稻秆、玉米秆碎屑进行预处理,测定其烧结强度指数(SII值),考察水洗及水浴对秸秆燃烧结渣特性的影响。结果表明:秸秆经水洗及水浴预处理后,样品的烧结强度指数明显减小,可以达到缓解结渣的效果。 Because of the presence of alkali metal in biomass straw,slagging problems will occur during combustion.We adopted the method of water washing and water bath to pretreat the wheat stem,rice straw and corn stalk chip,so as to determine the sintering index(SII value)and study the effect of washing and water bath on slagging characteristics of straw.The results showed that:After washing and water bath pretreatment,sintering intensity index of straw samples decreased significantly,which could remit the effect of slagging.
