钴源辐照对蓝莓果实贮藏品质的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用60Coγ射线源不同辐照剂量处理蓝莓果实,考察其感官及外观品质变化情况。试验结果表明:60Coγ辐照处理是提高蓝莓冷藏品质和延长贮藏期的有效方法;辐照剂量不同,影响效果也大不相同,其中以1.0~2.5 k Gy辐照处理效果为好,确定辐照蓝莓的最低有效剂量为1.0 k Gy,最高耐受剂量为2.5 k Gy。该结果可为蓝莓辐照保鲜提供现实的应用基础和科学依据。 In this paper,60Coγradiation source used in different irradiation dosage to treat blueberry,the senses and exterior quality of the blueberry was inspected.The experimental results showed that:60Coγirradiation treatment is the effective method to improve the quality of blueberry in cold storage and delay the storage period;The different irradiation dose leads to very different effects.1.0~2.5kGy makes the best irradiation treatment effect,and it is determined that the lowest effective dose is1.0kGy and the max tolerable dose is2.5kGy.The results can provide practical application foundation and scientific basis for blueberry irradiation preservation and freshness.
