摘要
食品工程专业硕士是以专业应用型硕士培养为目标而设立的,但各院校研究生的培养内容大体相同,特色化差异很小,阻碍了学科的发展。从优化课程设置、选择合理课题、扩大实践平台及灵活考核体系等方面进行探索,提出特色化高层次人才培养模式,以期为食品行业培养创新人才提供借鉴。
Food engineering professional master degree was set up for professional application master cultivation,but graduate training content was the same in the universities and colleges,and the characteristic difference is very small,which hindered the development of subject.This paper raised the training mode for educating talents with high level,through exploring from the aspects of optimizing the curriculum,selecting the rational subjects,expanding the practice platforms and clevering the examination system,in order to provide reference for educating innovative talents of food industry.
